We came together during #GivingTuesdayNow and raised $12,846.

THANK YOU!

In these uncertain times, it is through the help and generosity of people like you that we are able to continue our work of feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, and caring for our most vulnerable neighbors. Your support truly makes a difference!

Times of crisis are always times of uncertainty for nonprofit organizations. The everyday work we do at FOCUS to serve the hungry, thirsty, stranger, naked, sick and imprisoned by providing Food, Occupation, Clothing, Understanding, and Shelter relies primarily on small acts of generosity shared by people like you.

We never know what tomorrow may bring, and are always incredibly humbled and thankful for the gifts that support our work.

Nevertheless, when the future appears more uncertain than ever, it can impact how comfortable people feel being generous. In a time when millions of Americans no longer have jobs to support their families, it’s easy to understand how exercising more self-interest may be reasonable.

However, the selfless acts of generosity we have seen across the country point to a different reality.

“For the past three Saturdays, FOCUS has teamed up with the Power of One Foundation to give groceries to over 15,000 vehicles, feeding 60,000 neighbors,” shared Irene, Director of FOCUS Orange County.

The reality is, generosity and selfless giving are still guiding the hearts of communities across the globe. The number of people in need is staggering, yet the number of people who are rising to meet this need is inspiring.

Across the country from Orange County in Cleveland, OH, Saint Herman House – FOCUS Cleveland has served over 7,000 meals to the community in six weeks – prepared, packaged, and distributed almost exclusively by generous volunteers!

It is clear to us now more than ever, even in uncertain times, we all have something to give.

THANK YOU for your generosity.
